Jeremy has over 25 years of experience in the concrete and building products industry. He has specialized in every face of concrete business — sales, business development, project management, employee relations, and more. Today, he manages Titan’s operations.
Sam is a seasoned financial professional with over 30 years of experience, specializing in organizational management, corporate accounting, and debt financing. As a persuasive communicator and skilled negotiator, Sam has a proven track record of generating enterprise value through data-driven decision-making, financial modeling, and strategic planning.
Throughout his career, Sam has had the privilege of working with successful entrepreneurs and talented management teams, executing M&A transactions across various industries over the past two decades.
His expertise spans industries such as aggregates and construction building products, distribution and logistics, technology, oil and gas services, and telecommunications, among others.
Prior to his current role, Sam held key positions at Crescent Real Estate, Bluebonnet Electric Cooperative, and Schlotzky's, where he showcased his leadership and financial acumen. He began his career as an Audit Senior at PricewaterhouseCoopers, where he audited global clients in high-technology manufacturing, software markets, financial services, and venture capital.
